I manage repairs on bank-owned properties, and got a call at 3pm on a Sunday to say that an elderly tenant lost his heat in freezing temps. Called Veteran's at 3:30pm, and they were on site within an hour. Bill was great about calling me to let me know what the problem was. He had to order the part, but went out of his way to get a space heater for the tenant for the night, and then Bill was back first thing the next morning to restore heat.

I really appreciate how quick, helpful and professional Bill and Joann were. Very fair pricing as well. Will absolutely call them again next time we have a need.
